At the customs post "Kelmentsi" Chernivtsi Oblast Customs Service employees of operations department to combat smuggling and customs violations in the load compartment of a minibus Renault found 60 thousand packs of cigarettes produced in Moldova. It is reported by the press center Customs Service.
It turned out that tobacco products were previously imported into the territory of Ukraine outside customs control. Of these, 45 thousand packs - cigarettes Monte-carlo and 15 thousand packs - Winston.
Customs inspectors drew up a report on violation of customs rules under Art. 353 of the Customs Code of Ukraine "storage, transport or purchase of goods, vehicles imported into the customs territory of Ukraine without customs control or with a secretion from customs control." Cigarettes seized, their final value will be established after a proper examination.
